Modular Compact Printer for Highspeed Variable Data Printing

As a modular system, the unit can be configured for 1-up and 2-up documents and for simplex or duplex printing applications. The system can incorporate up to 16 wide format print heads including high performance dryers with fully automatic controls. The web is driven by servo motors which ensures the system accelerates smoothly whilst maintaining accurate web tension.

This versatile product has found applications in book printing, the production of transactional documents, security printing (e.g. MICR) and the printing of flexible materials.

The MCR-1000 can be fitted with Matti print engines that incorporate inkjet printheads from different suppliers, ensuring a seamless integration of the chosen ink with the substrate.
